Cancellation & Refund Policy
This policy outlines the terms for cancellation and refunds for products purchased from Mewray Technologies.
1. Order Cancellation
You may cancel your order for a full refund within 24 hours of placing it, provided it has not yet shipped. To cancel an order, please contact our support team with your order number. If the order has already been shipped, it cannot be canceled and you must follow the return process.
2. Returns
We accept returns for most products within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. Custom-built or configured products are not eligible for return unless defective.
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Returns will not be accepted without an RMA number.
3. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within 10 business days.
4. Shipping Costs
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. If the return is due to our error (e.g., defective or incorrect item), we will cover the return shipping costs.
